Systematic review on digital transformation among teachers in public schools

<span lang="EN-US">Radical changes across almost all areas, including education, due to the COVID-19 outbreak. One of rapid transformations is digital learning, also known as e-learning. Digital learning transformation has been taking place for more than a decade. However, little comprehensive analysis in teaching public schools. To best authors’ knowledge, no incorporates external and internal barriers examines prominent theories study successful e-learning integration among teachers. The aim this was provide thematic theoretical understanding teachers data acquired <span>from Scopus </span>databases. employed content comparative <span>advocated </span>a<span> grounded theory approach </span>to inductively<span> analyze criticize theme construction answering</span> two research questions. Based on set criteria determine whether each derived should be included or excluded, 42 articles were reviewed between 2010 2022. uncovered 10 themes antecedents that constructed framework based first-second-order barriers. Results indicated CHAT, TPACK, TAM, UTAUT are most used conduct research. findings offered significant implications educational technology communities, especially policymakers strategize reflect practice they implemented improvised if necessary future sustainable education efficient teachers’ performance teaching.</span>
